We deliver concepts within the turnaround stated for your package. Revisions are limited or unlimited as described in the package you purchased.
Once final payment is received and a design is approved, you receive full ownership rights to the final artwork, as stated in your package. Concepts you do not select remain ours.
If you are not satisfied with the concepts delivered, you may request a refund under the conditions of the guarantee for your package. Contact us within the period agreed at purchase.
You confirm you have the right to any text, images or materials you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
